Good clippers, shipping took a bit

I ordered the FreshFade 2020C Clipper and the Clipper Charging Dock. The clippers themselves are really solid, they cut well and felt good in my hand. The charging dock is also super convenient for my station. My only small gripe was the shipping time; it took about 8 days to get to me in California, which felt a little long compared to other places I order from. Customer service answered my email quickly when I asked about tracking, so that was good. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but faster shipping would make it even better.

I'm in Portland and it took about 4-5 business days for my Onyx to arrive. So Seattle should be similar, I'd guess.

I bought my 2020C here last year, no issues, 100% legit. The warranty also worked when I had a small problem months later, so that's a good sign they're real.

Anyone know if opened clippers can be returned if they just aren't a good fit? Or is it only if they're still sealed?

Pretty sure they won't take back opened tools, especially hair stuff. For hygiene reasons, you know?

I think for tools that have been used, returns are usually only if they're defective. If you just didn't like it, probably out of luck once it's open.

JRLs are usually lighter and the stay-cool tech is legit, way better for long sessions than my old Seniors that would get hot. The Onyx is a beast.

I switched from Babyliss FX to the JRL 2020C and I really like it. The motor feels strong and the fade lever is super smooth. Babyliss looks cool but I prefer the JRL for actual cutting.
